As you know the internet is a great place to find information and social anxiety support.  Obviously, you need to be careful because there’s a lot erroneous information out there as well.  That being said I found a great video on You Tube from the Health Matters show produced by UCSD.  This is 28 minutes long but it’s worth watching because it provides helpful information and facts about how to fight the disorder.  I hope this helps:

    I agree that it depends on the severity of social anxiety, but it can still be overcome. It’s a lot of hard work, but if someone is willing, it can be done.

    I totally agree with Pam Triick. In most cases it depends on your own attitude and mindset. If you are willing to get over it - you will succeed. More smiling and positive emotions and you are going to be fine.
